Our product materials are drawn from a variety of reliable suppliers of plastics, polymers, adhesives, fittings, assorted rubber products and molds. The most common plastics we use are acrylic and polycarbonate (a type of acrylic originally called "Lexan") but we depart from rigidity when called upon to do so. We have anticipated some of your questions with a FAQ page. Ordering Options We have supplied you with an Order Form as a part of this web site, and also welcome your FAX, at 936-264-2057. Please detail your order with the product code; when ordering by letter, send it to P.O. Box 1996, Conroe TX 77305. Enclose your choice of products by product code and include your check or Money Order in that amount plus S/H of $5 and $5 for postage. If you order by e-mail, send it to yinyangchi@hotmail.com. Charge your VISA or Master Card by clicking the PayPal icon on the Ordering page, then follow the simple instructions. Shipping Our "default" method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail, however, we will be happy to ship by UPS or FedEx upon request. International orders, add to product cost for USPS: Canada and Mexico, $21; European Countries, $25 Africa, Middle East and Pacific Basin, $29. These charges will be billed separately to insure accuracy.
